This contract is governed by its Portuguese text. The English and Spanish versions are provided as a reading courtesy; if they diverge in any way from the Portuguese text, the Portuguese version prevails.
A license to use IdleCrew, carecatech's module that runs a full party per supported game: today, Stonegy Online and Femur Idle. The license is personal and covers one active party per game.
Automation violates the terms of use of the supported games. Each game's operator can suspend or ban accounts using any automation, at any time and without warning.
There is no guarantee against detection or penalties. No one can honestly promise that an account will not be banned.
Other games, programs, platforms, launchers and anti-cheat systems can also detect IdleCrew running or installed and issue warnings, restrictions, suspensions, loss of content or bans, even when it is not being used to automate that product.
We do not control third parties' rules, detection methods or decisions, and we do not guarantee invisibility, compatibility or immunity from penalties. It is up to you to read each third party's terms and to close IdleCrew before using other software if you do not accept that risk.
By subscribing, you accept these risks. A penalty applied solely by a third party does not, on its own, entitle you to compensation or a refund beyond what these terms and mandatory law provide. This excludes neither consumer rights nor liability for a defect or act directly attributable to carecatech.
We have no connection to, affiliation with or authorisation from the operators of Stonegy Online or Femur Idle.
36 hours, no card. One trial per person, which starts when you activate the account. Registration is linked to your email and the computer where it was activated.
A trial that has already started keeps the expiry shown at activation. The 36-hour duration applies only to new activations.
When the trial ends, the application does not start another activity. It ends the current one at the next safe stage, then stops until you purchase a plan.

Payment by Pix only, processed by LivePix. The plan is chosen inside the app and payment is completed on the processor's page. We do not accept cards, and therefore never receive or store card data.
Pix payments are not a recurring charge: each cycle generates a new bill that you pay by hand. We email you before it is due.
After the due date there are 3 days of grace before access is cut off.
The license must be confirmed with the server periodically. After a valid confirmation, the application tolerates up to 24 hours offline, without going beyond the end of the trial or the 3-day grace period of a paid plan.
Each license includes one seat. A seat is one IdleCrew window hunting at the same time, with its own team. Characters and teams stay unlimited within each seat.
Extra seats are paid and add to the same license: same email, same expiry date, one charge per seat. You can drop a seat whenever you want, and the change takes effect at the next renewal, because the current period was already paid for.
Each license registers up to 2 machines per seat. You remove a machine yourself in the app, with a minimum of 30 days between removals.
Sharing the license violates these terms and may lead to revocation with no refund of the remaining period.
Within the first 7 calendar days after payment, you may withdraw and get the full amount back, with no reason required. This is the right of withdrawal under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just ask through support.
After 7 days, the amount already paid is not refunded. Pix is a one-time charge: there is no automatic debit or renewal to cancel. To continue after expiration, generate a new charge. Otherwise, access ends with the period already paid for.
The same 7-day window applies to the Quarterly and Founder plans. On Quarterly, access remains active through the end of the 90 days paid for.
The principle is simple: we keep the minimum needed for the license to work, and nothing about what you do in the game.

The machine identifier is an irreversible hash; the original value never leaves your computer.
You can request deletion of your data at any time through support. It ends the license, because without an email there is no way to identify it.

Material changes are announced by email at least 15 days in advance.
If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel and receive back the proportional part of the unused period. This is the only exception to the rule in section 7, and it exists because it would not be fair to hold you to terms that changed after your purchase.
